How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

1. Provide our service — Process your startup context, generate questions, and analyse patterns across your conversations
2. Improve the platform — Understand how founders use Evidnt so we can make it better
3. Communicate with you — Send important updates about your account or the service
4. Process payments — Handle subscriptions and billing through Stripe

AI Processing

Evidnt uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude models) to:

• Analyse your startup context
• Generate customised questions
• Identify patterns across your conversations
• Provide recommendations

Important: Your data is processed by our AI providers, Anthropic and OpenAI (voice to text only), to deliver these features. Neither we nor they use it to train AI models. Each keeps what it processes for up to 30 days for safety monitoring, then deletes it. Your startup information remains yours.

Evidnt Assistant Conversations

If you arrived here through a shared Evidnt link, you may be chatting with our AI Assistant rather than a person. The entry screen will say so.

When you use the Assistant:

• Your typed messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude) so the AI can respond.
• If you record voice answers, the audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription. We delete the audio once we have the transcript.
• The founder who sent you the link can see your transcript. We do not share it with other founders, and we do not use it to train AI models.
• The transcript is kept while the founder's account is active, the same as any other conversation data.

To request deletion of your transcript, email privacy@evidnt.ai.
