More success stories from every cohort

42% of startups fail because they build something nobody wants. Evidnt gets every founder in your cohort talking to the right people, and shows you what those people said. More of them survive and become a story you get to tell.

How it works

Two moments that change the odds

Once when founders apply, and again while they're in your program. You can start the first one today, for free.

When they apply
Free to start

Stronger founders in

Add a short note to your application form inviting applicants to include their Evidnt shareable report. You see who has talked to customers before you meet anyone, so you select a stronger cohort. It costs your program nothing.

Optional: share your customer discovery report link from Evidnt (evidnt.ai) with your application.

Pick whichever fits and add it to your application form.

Reading applications with AI? Add .md to the end of any report link and it opens as clean text, ready to paste into Claude or ChatGPT. Nothing for the founder to set up.

During the program
Hands-on with our team

Stronger startups out

Want every founder doing structured discovery during the program? We work with you directly to set up your cohort and turn on Pro for each founder. Between sessions, each founder also has an Evidnt Co-Founder: an AI that knows everything in their space and helps them make sense of what they heard.

After the program

They keep everything

Once a founder's space is Pro, it stays Pro for good. Their data, patterns and verified conversations stay with them after the cohort ends.

What a founder who is onto something looks like

This is the shareable report a founder gets with Evidnt. It's the same link they'd paste into your application form.

  1. The score. A clear read on whether this founder is onto something.

  2. Verified conversations. Confirmed by the customer, not self-reported.

  3. Key patterns. What customers keep bringing up, counted across the conversations.

  4. Assumptions tested. Every assumption the founder started with, and the verdict from the conversations that tested it.

What if founders just fake it?

Why the evidence holds up

A report is only worth asking for if you can trust it. Four things make this one hard to fake.

Customers confirm it
When a founder asks, Evidnt emails the person they spoke with and asks them to confirm the conversation happened. The report shows how many did.
Strangers are screened
When a founder shares the open link to their Evidnt Assistant, which holds conversations for them, everyone who answers is screened first, against a brief written by Evidnt, not by the founder.
AI-run conversations are labelled
Every conversation the Evidnt Assistant ran is marked Evidnt-led, so you can tell it apart from a call the founder had.
Contact details stay private
The emails and phone numbers of the people founders spoke with never appear in the report.

Faking it helps no one. A founder who invents conversations only fools themselves, and ends up with nothing real to build on.

Prefer to watch?

See who's onto something real

A polished application can't tell you who has talked to customers. Ask every applicant for their Evidnt report and you'll see the real conversations behind the idea, so you know who's onto something before you admit them.

Why it's worth it

More survivors, better stories, a stronger brand

A track record that compounds

Every founder who makes it is a logo on your alumni page and a line in next year's pitch to applicants. More winners attract better founders, who become more winners.

  1. More survivors

  2. More success stories

  3. Better applicants next year

  4. Who become your next winners

If you take equity, it adds up

Hold a stake in your founders? Every one that builds the right thing keeps that stake alive. Save a few each cohort, run multiple cohorts a year, and it compounds well past your costs.

  1. Founders in your cohort

  2. Some fail for a preventable reason

  3. Evidnt helps more of them survive

  4. More stakes stay alive, every cohort

You'll work with our team, not a support queue

I spent years inside programs like yours, watching founders fail for the same avoidable reason. That's why I built Evidnt.

We are early. We are running our first cohorts now with a small group of programs.

FAQ

What program directors ask

Teaching it and getting every founder to do it properly are different things. Evidnt does the heavy lifting. Even a founder who has never done customer discovery can do it well, because Evidnt guides every step.

Yes. Founders already use Evidnt, and they keep coming back once they see what it gives them. Two things usually stop founders, and Evidnt takes both. One is the method. Most founders have never done proper customer discovery, so they pitch instead: they describe the idea and ask whether people like it, which tells them nothing they can build on. Evidnt writes the questions that test their assumptions.

The other is who to talk to. Friends and family only go so far, and past that a founder has to approach strangers. That is the wall. Every founder gets an open link to their Evidnt Assistant, which they can post wherever their customers already are, in a group chat or a LinkedIn group. Whoever taps it has the conversation with the Assistant, and anyone who is not their customer is filtered out before they reach the questions.

Evidnt does the heavy lifting on both, so it feels like real help, not homework.

Adding Evidnt to your application form costs your program nothing. To run Evidnt across a whole cohort, pricing depends on the size of the cohort, so we work that out together on a call.

Every founder can start free. The shareable report comes with Pro, a one-time payment of $49 per space, with no subscription. So an applicant who sends you a report has put their own money into testing their idea, which tells you something about how serious they are. If you run Evidnt across your cohort, we work with you to turn on Pro for each founder, so nobody pays on their own.
