What to Do When Someone Won't Get on a Call
Some of the people you most want to hear from will never find the time. The Evidnt Assistant runs the conversation for you and tells you which of them are open to talking after all.

The ones who never write back
You will get better at outreach. You will still lose people.
The person who fits your target customer perfectly, replied once, said "sure, send me some times," and then went quiet. The busy operator who genuinely wants to help and genuinely has no half hour. The stranger in a community who is happy to answer a question but not happy to schedule a call with someone they have never met.
These are not bad leads. They are the normal cost of asking busy people for their time. Most founders write them off, and the ones they write off are often the closest to the customer they are trying to understand.
What the Assistant is
The Evidnt Assistant is an AI that runs your interview for you, in a chat, with one specific person.
You give it a name. Evidnt creates a private link. You send that link however you already talk to that person, by DM, by email, by whatever thread you were already in. Evidnt never sends it for you and never contacts them afterwards.
The Assistant asks the validation questions Evidnt drafted for your idea. It follows up when an answer is thin. It stops when it has what it needs, usually inside 10 to 15 minutes.
What the other person sees
They see a chat that opens by telling them the truth. It names you, says it is an AI running the conversation on your behalf, and says you will read everything they write. Then it waits for them to start.
They answer by typing or by talking. They can stop and come back. The link stays live for 14 days.
If they want to know more about what they just did, there is a page for them at evidnt.ai explaining where their answers go.
What comes back to you
A conversation in your space, like any other. The insights are tagged, the quotes are theirs, and it feeds your patterns and your validation score on the same terms as a call you ran yourself.
When one completes, you also get an email with the top insights and a link to the transcript.
The part most founders miss
At the end, the Assistant asks the person two things: whether they know anyone else worth talking to, and whether they would be open to a call with you.
A surprising number say yes to the second one. Answering questions in a chat, on their own time, is a much smaller ask than a calendar invite from a stranger, and by the end they have actually had the conversation.
When someone says yes, Evidnt emails you, leads with their name, and hands you the contact details they left. That is the whole point of the feature. It is not a way to avoid talking to customers. It is a way to end up talking to the ones who were never going to answer your first message.
What it does not do
It does not pretend to be you. It does not pretend to be human.
It does not replace a live call. A live conversation gives you tone, hesitation, and the tangent you did not plan for, and nothing in a chat matches that.
And it never hides. Every Assistant conversation is labelled as one inside Evidnt, and in the read-only link you share with investors and programmes. If someone asks whether all of your conversations were live calls, the answer is already on the page.
Free and Pro
On Free, Assistant conversations come out of your 3 conversations for that space.
On Pro, your conversations are unlimited and the Assistant has its own allowance of 10, with a one-time pack that adds 20 more.
Either way, you can have a test chat with the Assistant first. It is free, it never becomes a conversation, and it never counts against anything.
Next step
Once you have enough conversations, the next question is what to do with them: When to Pivot vs. Persevere.
