Evidnt MCP

Your Evidnt spaces, inside Claude or ChatGPT

Connect your Evidnt account to the AI app you already use. Ask what to do next or log today's call from your notes, without leaving the chat.

Your AI app

What did people say about deposits in Chairful?

Asked Evidnt

Across Chairful's 8 conversations, the deposit question comes down to who the client is:

  • Mara T.

Loses two to three bookings a week to no-shows, mostly from newer clients.

  • Tomás G.

Asking loyal regulars for a deposit feels risky and could offend them.

Your next step: Keep validating, with a focus on the deposit step for regulars versus new clients.

Your AI app asks Evidnt, and Evidnt answers from your spaces.

Works on Free and Pro, with the same limits as the app.

What you can ask

Ask in plain words. Evidnt answers from your spaces.

Ask about your spaces

  • “What should I do next?”
  • “What did people say about pricing?”
  • “Show me the trends across my conversations.”
  • “Give me the questions for my next call.”

Get things done

  • “Log this call from my notes.”
  • “Make a private link for Diego, with a message I can send.”
  • “Fix the date on my conversation with Marta.”
  • “Pause the open link to my Evidnt Assistant.”

Some changes stay in the app, where you can see what you're about to change, like deleting a conversation. And Evidnt never sends anything for you: it writes the message, and you send it.

Connect it

Add it once. Sign in with Evidnt.

You need an Evidnt account. Before you allow access, Evidnt shows you which app is asking.

Claude

Evidnt is in Claude's connectors directory. Open it, connect, and sign in with your Evidnt account.

Or add it with this address:

https://evidnt.ai/api/mcp

ChatGPT

Add Evidnt as a custom MCP server with this address, then sign in with your Evidnt account. This needs a paid ChatGPT plan.

https://evidnt.ai/api/mcp/chatgpt

Before you connect, turn off model training in your AI app's privacy settings, so what it reads from Evidnt, including the words of the people you talked to, isn't used to train its models. The guide shows where.

Questions about the Evidnt MCP

Nothing extra. It works on Free and Pro spaces, with the same limits as the app. A conversation you log from your AI app counts the same as one you log in Evidnt.

Yes. You sign in with it when you connect, and Evidnt shows you which app is asking for access before you allow it.

Your spaces: your conversations and Evidnt's record of each one, your trends, your next step and your links. It never sees the email or phone number of the people you talked to.

What it reads passes through the company behind the app (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT), under your agreement with them.

No. Evidnt writes the message and you send it, from your own inbox if you like.

In Claude, add it from the connectors directory. On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, someone who runs your organization may need to add Evidnt first.

In ChatGPT, you need a paid plan. The free plan doesn't include custom MCP servers.

Yes. Evidnt answers in the language set in your Evidnt account.

In Evidnt, open Settings, then Connected AI apps, and click Disconnect next to the app. It loses access to your spaces right away.
