Evidnt MCP + Google Sheets: Your Conversations in a Spreadsheet
Use the Evidnt MCP to pull your conversations and trends into a Google Sheet, where you can sort them, filter them or share them with whoever you work with.

What you need
- The Evidnt MCP connected to Claude or ChatGPT (how to connect it)
- Google Sheets connected to the same AI app
1. Your conversations, one row each
Get my conversations from Evidnt and put them in a new Google Sheet called "Conversations": one row each, with the person's name, the date, whether I had it or my Evidnt Assistant did, how many insights it has, and its link in Evidnt.
Partial conversations from your Evidnt Assistant come back marked as partial. They never count toward your totals, so you may want to filter them out.
2. Add what each person said
For each conversation in that sheet, add a column with the summary from Evidnt's record.
3. Your trends on a second tab
Add a tab called "Trends" with my trends from Evidnt and how many conversations support each one.
You get your top 3 trends on Free and your top 5 on Pro. On Pro, you can add the score too:
Add my validation score from Evidnt and the status of each assumption to the "Trends" tab.
The score in the sheet is the one Evidnt last wrote. If you have logged conversations since, Evidnt says so, and opening the score page in the app brings it up to date.
What stays out
Evidnt never hands over the email or phone number of the people you talked to, so the sheet has no contact details in it.
Keeping it current
The sheet is a copy from the moment you asked, and nothing updates it on its own. To refresh it:
Update my "Conversations" sheet with any new conversations from Evidnt.
